The more actively you play at sontogel, the greater the rewards that await you. Our VIP program is designed to recognize every player who makes sontogel their platform of choice.
The sontogel VIP program is a tiered rewards system designed specifically for frequent and active players on our platform. Unlike standard bonuses available to everyone, sontogel VIP delivers genuinely elevated privileges — from personalized customer service to withdrawal limits far higher than those of regular members.
The concept behind the program is straightforward: every ringgit you wager at sontogel earns you VIP points. The more points you accumulate, the higher your VIP level, and the greater the privileges you receive. The system is fair, transparent, and automatic — no special application is needed to level up.
What sets the sontogel VIP program apart is its flexibility. VIP points can be earned across all game categories — whether you play togel, slots, live casino, or fish shooting games. This means players can focus on their favourite games without having to switch just to accumulate reward points.
The sontogel philosophy is simple — loyal players deserve more. To us, a long-term relationship with our players is worth far more than a one-time transaction. That is why the sontogel VIP program goes beyond extra bonuses; it creates a more personalised and more rewarding playing experience.
Sontogel VIP members enjoy priority access to high-limit live casino tables, more responsive customer support, exclusive promotions unavailable to regular members, and higher deposit and withdrawal limits. All of this is designed to make VIP players feel valued every time they log in to the platform.

VIP points are calculated automatically and updated daily in your account dashboard.
VIP tier upgrades at sontogel happen automatically once your total points reach the threshold required for the next tier. No re-registration, no manual process, and no lengthy waiting period. Once your points qualify, your VIP status will be updated within 24 hours and all benefits of the new tier will be activated immediately.
What many Malaysian players appreciate most about this system is its transparency. You can monitor your current VIP points, progress toward the next tier, and the latest update date directly from the profile section of your sontogel account. This information is updated in real time, so you always know exactly where you stand.
The sontogel VIP program uses a rolling three-month observation period for tier determination. This means your VIP points are calculated based on your most recent three months of activity, not from the day your account was opened. This system keeps the program relevant and rewards players who remain consistently active.
For players who reach Diamond tier, sontogel provides a one-month buffer period if monthly activity drops significantly. We understand that there are times when players may be less active for personal reasons — and we have no intention of penalizing long-term loyalty with an immediate tier downgrade.
Beyond tier determination, VIP points at sontogel can be redeemed as game credits through the Rewards Center in your account. The redemption rate depends on your current tier — Diamond players receive the best rate, making every point worth more compared to lower tiers.
Available rewards for redemption include free game credits for selected slots, cash bonuses withdrawable after meeting minimum wagering requirements, and entry tickets to exclusive VIP lucky draws. The reward collection is updated monthly to keep things fresh and exciting.
The Diamond tier is the pinnacle of the sontogel VIP program. Diamond members not only enjoy the best financial benefits but also receive a genuinely elevated level of service. Your Diamond account manager is reachable through priority communication channels and can assist with a wide range of matters — from resolving technical issues to game recommendations tailored to your habits.
Diamond members also get early access to the latest games before they are publicly released to all players. This gives them the advantage of trying out and understanding new game mechanics ahead of everyone else.
Sontogel runs special promotions for major Malaysian festivities including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and National Day. During these festive periods, VIP members receive double the value — whether through VIP point multipliers, bonus cash, or exclusive gifts reserved for VIP members only.
Details about these festive promotions will be sent directly to your email and account notifications in advance. VIP Diamond members get access one day earlier than all other tiers — an exclusive perk we offer to recognize their loyalty.
